What to expect

​

The first appointment is an opportunity for us to meet, understand more about you and your needs and whether my support could you help you.

​

If we decide to work together, we will meet weekly, usually at the same time each week. Sessions are delivered in person, online or via phone.

​

Depending on what you want from counselling, you can decide to meet me for a fixed number of sessions to work on a particular issue, or we can work in an open-ended way if you would like longer-term support.  We will discuss this together.
