About me

I am a fully qualified counsellor and I am accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy  (BACP).

I follow the BACP code of ethics and professional standards. I trained at the Minster Centre in London and I am an Integrative and relational therapist.

What is an Integrative Counsellor?

As an Integrative Counsellor, I am influenced by a range of psychotherapeutic thought including humanistic, psychodynamic and body psychotherapy and draw upon these approaches in my work with clients.

I work relationally which means that relationship is at the heart of our work. It is through being in a relationship that we become who we are.

Therapy can offer an opportunity to better understand how we relate to others and can offer the chance to try new and different ways of relating.

I have experience of working in GP settings in South London, the University of Surrey’s wellbeing service and the Minster Centre Low-Cost therapy service.

I previously volunteered as a Refugee Mentor at Terrence Higgins Trust.

I have worked and volunteered for a range of health care and community-based charities for the past 15 years.
